ScreenVirtuoso interface consists of a set of pages
(Screen, Hotkeys, Video etc.).
Some commands are also available via the toolbar buttons.
The interface elements on each page are grouped together to form a
larger functional unit.
For the purposes of this quick tutorial we will use the default
prorgram settings.

To record your first video clip:
- Run ScreenVirtuoso, click the Rectangle button
on Screen page (or click the corresponding toolbar
button) and select the area to record: click the left mouse button
at start point and drag the mouse to select an area. Click the left
mouse button again to finish. Small yellow window displays a size
of screen area.
- Press the F3 key (the default Start/Stop
hotkey). The main program's window temporary disappears and you
will see the flashing frame that indicates the recording is
started.
- Place the mouse pointer inside the flashing area and move the
mouse within a few seconds.
- Press the F3 key again to stop recording.
- Click the File | Play menu command to play the
result AVI file.
That's all.
Congratulations! You just recorded your first video clip.
